Parakeets have the largest capability of having vocabulary, in fact a budgie holds the record for the most diversified vocabulary of a bird. They can be together, although I have never seen them associate with one another inside the aviary; they seem to keep to themselves, but I have never seen one go after the other. Keep a large enough feeding area for however many birds you have, I can see problems arising over food. All of my birds eat at the same time it seems, once one gets hungry, the rest of them decide that they are hungry as well. Yes.
