		<description>your cockatiel wants a scratch behind the head.. thats why he nibble and squawker .. mine does that all the time, i got mine from a pet shop and he is inseparable from humans, if a blood feather breaks u might wanna take him to a vet asap.. they can die from that.</description>

No.  I owned one for 11 years. he/she should be fine as long as it meets all the other requirements clear eyes no discharge, etc.  They puff up for sleep or if there pissed.</description>

		<description>It all depends on the bird usually, I have cockatiels that talk their little heads off and I have some that I have spent countless hours trying to get them to speak and no result, from what I understand the females are least likely to speak and lo and behold all my females don&#039;t talk, but they will chirp your ears off.

Parakeets have the largest capability of having vocabulary, in fact a budgie holds the record for the most diversified vocabulary of a bird.</description>
